Objective:
Understanding the dynamics and opportunities of investments in the global market for renewable energy. The "Renewables Global Intelligence Project" aims to be a useful tool for businesses, the financial sector, and public administrations, to:
- Identifying new investment opportunities in the renewable energy sector worldwide.
- Increase awareness of opportunities, weaknesses and trends in emerging markets.
- Leverage national and international financial instruments to support the development of renewables.
Intelligence activities are divided into three categories:
- Country factsheet on renewables. Brief profiles on the general context and the specific regulatory framework concerning renewables for fifty countries worldwide (
Country Factsheet link) - Opportunity monitor. Monthly summary document that tracks the major calls for tender, funding, and legislative changes around the world.
- Country reports on renewables. In-depth reports on renewable energy in specific countries upon request. (attached example)
