Andrea Gilardoni
Andrea Gilardoni is President and Founder of Agici Finanza d’Impresa. Prof. Gilardoni also teaches economics and business management at Bocconi University, where he previously directed the MEGeS Master on public utilities. The Professor has been active in the utility sector for many years; he has been on the board of various companies in the industry and he is the author of numerous publications. In addition, he is the Director of the esteemed Management delle Utilities Review.

Stefano Clerici - Consultant
Stefano Clerici holds a Master in Economics and Management of Public Utilities. He also has an undergraduate degree in Economics of Financial Markets and Institutions from Bocconi University. He is Co-Director of the Observatory on the Cost of No Action and he is Project Manager in projects regarding utilities.

Marco Carta - Senior Analyst
Marco Carta has completed degree in Political Science with honours from the University of Genoa. He conducts research and analysis in energy and renewables. Marco is the Head of Research for the Observatory on Alliances and Strategies in the Pan-European Utility Market and he is the Coordinator and Head of Research for the International Observatory on the Renewables’ Industry and Finance.

Barbara Antonioli Mantegazzini - Senior Consultant
Barbara Antonioli Mantegazzini holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Institutions from the University of Bologna and was a post-doctoral fellow in Governance and Regulation at ENPC Paris. Research Associate at the University of Italian Switzerland. Professor of Public Economics and an organization and management consultant for Public Administrations and Public Utilities. Barbara is the author of several publications. She is the head of Public Services and Regulation for Agici Finanza d’Impresa

Alessandra Garzarella - Senior Analyst
Alessandra holds a Master of Economics and Utilities Management from Bocconi University. She also has a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi. She is currently responsible for projects in the transport and environmental sectors and she is the Coordinator of the Observatory on the Cost of No Action.

Marino Lizza hold a Law degree and a Master in Law and Economics of European Communities from La Sapienza University in Rome. Marino is highly specialized in business development in international markets; he was responsible for international policies for Confservizi, the national confederation of companies that manage local public services. Marino was previously Area Project Manager in the Company Creation segment for SviluppoItalia SpA. He is currently a consultant for utilities and participates in the elaboration of EU programs. He is the Italian Government’s Representative for "Climate and the Environment" within the CEI (Central European Initiative).
